Strut bar question

I searched and did not find a definate.
i took off the strut bar several months ago when i put in maxspeeds and forget if the parts in the pic are to be left on after installing the bar.

i took mine off, havent had any problems, i think the correct anme for them is strut bolt spacers.

i would guess they do not need to stay on if it was part of the old bar.
I would take everything that came with the old bar off, and put everything that came with the new bar on....they look like rubber washers/gaskets of a sort....is that what they are?

they are metal. leaving them on would not leave a lot of thread to tighten the strut bar ring...

i cut that little tab to put them with the strut bar. But my windshield washer hose was getting pinched so there was no water coming out of one of them. So i took it off!

i tooked it off~ i think my new strut gaskets is doing the same thing as these stock
"rings"
