Need help in identifying this part!

Alright... this morning i was getting out of my car to get to work and i noticed that the interior of my driver door was cracked! I dont know how im going to describe this to y'all...so bear with me...

The kinda- rectangular piece where the power window controls are mounted on to the door. Its gray in color in my tan interior 02 Max. Its cracked apart and i dont know how... It was fine last night when i got home! Then i noticed the damage this morning...

Should i bring it to a body shop? I hate to pay them for a job if its something i can install myself after getting the part... i can take pix and post if it helps...
Or should i bring it to the body shop? My 3/36 has expired cuz the car is over 36 months old and at 30k miles...

please advise... Manoj

You need to take the door apart and I'm sure that peice pushes out and go to the dealer to get a new one.
