Quick 5.5 Lip Question

I am still up in the air between the stillen classic and the Maxx tuning style. I thought i read some where that you could not remove your fogs with one or the other and that would be a decision maker. If anyone knows or has any info that would be great.

Yeah, that's true about the fogs, IIRC. The lip rests in the fog cavity and blocks the fog from being slid out. You will have to remove the lip first.

I'm pretty sure both lips rest inside the fog cavity and both require removal to change fog bulbs. Usually the lips are just screwed on in a few places, with some double-sided tape to help hold the weight. Probably not too bad to remove and replace as it seems people on here do it often.

i think the fogs can come out with the max tunning lip. when they prototyped it on my car, the lip went in a lil past the foglight so it doesn't sit before the glass, it goes under it.

Have to remove fogs with both styles. I used to like the MTwhen it 1st came out, but once the Stillen Classic came out, I preferred the latter...

too....the Aero lip definitely gives you the classy look....which is what most people want....MT lip just looks too aggressive and doesn't blend in with the rest of the body....considering its just a maxima (not designed to be super aggressive looking)
