I got bored one day and made a K&N coathanger GAB and then replaced the silencer chamber and the flex hose between the MAF and the TB with a piece of 3 1/2" pipe. I got a piece of 1/2 heater hose to replace the PCV line, and plumbed it into the new pipe. At first it just sounded loud, and I was going to put the intake back to stock. But after a few days of driving I noticed that the car seemed to pull harder once the variable intake kicked in. I also have since decided that it sounds pretty mean!! Not bad for a few $$.
