Stillen VQ Pro
A few months ago i heard that stillen had released the VQ Pro ECM managment system, yet stillen's site makes no mention and the only article i found on it was in a Super Street Magazine that said that it was available as of Jan. 05. Anyone got the scoop on whats up with this?

I wish they would make something for VQ OBD II maximas similiar to a UTEC for the WRX....it's a piggyback unit which plugs directly into the access port of an OBDII car.....upload new info into the ECU....do your own tuning...the works! I know it will be expensive....but I would definitely invest in one instead of paying for a one time only reflash

There has got to be something that they can do for us. Is it because we don't have a big enough following? Or we do have the following, and manufacturers don't know it? I know UNICHIP is supposed to be doing (may already be out there) an inline mod that plugs in just before the ECU that reads the signals from all the main sensors, and fudges them to the computer. I just get nervous with these type of mods because I don't have the time to be changing fouled plugs and dealing with other disasters. I've heard both good and bad with Technosquare ECU's. I never really hear anything bad about HYPERTECH and SUPERCHIPS, but it seems like they don't really want to cater to us 5th gen Maxima people. I do realize that Mustangs and Camaros have a different set up that is easier to work with, but for the love of God, we can split atoms, but no one can come out with a safe, reliable, and decently priced product that actually works. I want a solid 15-20hp at the wheels from whatever ECU mod that I decide to do eventually. I want to feel it on the street, and see it on the dyno. Everybody claims a lot of sh*t when it comes to gains, especially when someone is selling something. I don't have all the mods I plan on doing yet, so I'm holding off on ECU stuff because I want to tune the thing when all the goodies are on it. But nevertheless, I'm holding out until someone comes out with something that is top notch for us.
