How to remove rear bumper for 01

I am in the process of installin the body kit myself, I have a basic understanding of the clips but I want to be sure because I am sure someone did this themselves, pictures would be NICE!

are you replacing the whloe rear bumper? What kind of kit are you adding to your car?

double-sided 3M would help but i recommend getting someone else to help you that knows what they are doing.
