it's kind of a touchy subject on the org. PM me and i'll get to you when he signs on. All your really doing is linking it to the body of the car from the bottom onto the side fender. there is many ways of doing it but it all depends which u want to go with.

Love The White Grill

I dont think the close up pics do any justice, maybe some shots from about 10 feet or so will be much better cuz I have seen the white compared to the black close up and I think the black is ugly. Why do u think so many pay over $100 for the stillen grille cuz they know the black is ugly and that is probably why they redid the thing for 02-03 and it looks much better but REGARDLESS the white is HOT

Try to strip that paint. The regular color of the grille is already black.

Yeah Lontar, I agree. Instead of repainting the stock grille, do what Metal Maxima did. http://forums.maxima.org/showthread.php?t=397435 Came out so nice, and it would make the front of your car look perfect.

The white grill is certainly unique, to say the least. I'm not sure I like it. However, all that matters is that YOU like it.

The other thing that I noticed is that it is not the same color as the car, unless it is just the lighting. The car looks pearl white and the lip looks just white.

Yes it is whiter than the car... the paiter painted three times and couldn't match it. He also paited the Led mirrors and it matched perfectly. He also painted the 02-03 sills and it was a perfect match... using the same paint. So I'm going to have to live with it

The car looks great with the exception of the grill. I am purchasing the Stillen Classic Lip and was told by the manager at the body shop at a local Nissan dealership that matching the color on a Glacier Pearl Max is difficult. He can come close, but it would not match exactly.

i heard the same thing when I got my body side molding repainted. He said the three step paint looks a little different on plastic than it does on metal.

Lontar-

You should see if you can find somebody who has cut the grille, or just try to do it yourself. I made a quick, ghetto photochop of what your car would look like with the grille setup that Metal Maxima has.

You mean like so:

It's nice, but it doesn't solve the white grille problem.
