Question for newbie about mags fitting

Ok i have a friend who have 4 mags on 350Z Track Pack (the mags is forged Ray's) and i want to know if it's gonna fit on my Maxima 2003 with 245-45-18.
I know the offset is different but it's ok or not.

how different is the offset? you can fit between 35-40mm (ideal offsets). can go as low as 30mm and as high as 45mm offsets.

Thank you for all the answer.
One more question : i have Tokico Illumina with stock spring, what size i have to go??? Right now i have 245-45-17 and i like a lot it's a good combination of comfort/handling.

245-40-18 or 245-45-18

235/45/18 on stock springs to minimize the fender gap. if you're swapping the springs, 245/40
