Change Fog Bulbs with Stillen Front Lip

I know this has been discussed before and a few people mentioned that they could change their foglight bulbs without removing the front stillen lip...can anybody explain how to do this? Thanks guys.

DO the same thing you do to remove the bulbs but be more careful when taking the housing out so you don't scratch the lip. I will put a rag in it just in case.......

You think it will still fit through fine with a rag or cloth to prevent it from scratching?
