I personally love my stock shift ****. It already looks aftermarket.

you can use the manual shift ***** on your auto because it doesnt have the push button release like most other autos...there are tons of unlabeled standard shift ***** around the internet...just look around

A counterweighted **** is beneficial for a car with a manual transmission. For automatics, its usually just for a styling statement.
