ses came on 0138, 0139 O2 sensors...have a question
P0138 - Heated Oxygen Sensor 2 Circuit High Voltage (Bank 1)
P0139 - Heated Oxygen Sensor 2 Circuit Slow Response (Bank 1)
where is this one located in the header or y pipe?
any clue to reasons for this? and is it true that the rear sensor only fails when one, or both, the front ones fail, or is it just that the rear one is only used when a front one fails?
is this one a pain to change this one???

click HERE for a link to studman's site. it has the tsb listed for this. i got P0140 about 6 months ago. it shows the breakdown of location and part numbers if you choose to replace with oem.
