New pics just for the hell of it....

Just washed and waxed the car, and put my "signature" roof rack back on (with a new fairing paint scheme) - it's been off for a month trying to save some gas mileage - and the lighting was nice for pics, so took some....

I don't usually post pics for no reason, but just feel like my car looks now how I want it to look (on the outside), so it's as good a time as any...

The oh-so cliche' HID shots....

The new fairing paint job....

Distance shot....kind of reminds me of the movies where they take a satellite picture of something and it looks all grainy

Those are new pics? Looks like Photochopped to me...

Btw, teach Jason how to keep his car clean... he keeps complaining about how his freshly waxed black keeps getting dirty....

that's what happens when you have a black car. you see every little bit of dust or dirt.

Those pics were like 1/2 hour after wash/wax, and though you can't see it int he pics, there was already a nice layer of pollen on the car

there's no way to keep a black car clean for more than 5 minutes

is this what you meant by photoshopped, or am I just not very creative on my photo locations?

before (about a year ago, car pretty much stock on the outside)

after drop, wheels, other crap....(now)

Irish- Looking good. Did you happen to shoot any pics without the rack on?

Amni-Didn't you used to have black-painted HIDs? Your car is hot, too.

Anyway, I washed my car last week and it had about five huge globs of bird sh*t on it within a couple of hours.

well,
when you find that trailer hitch mount that can transport skis, snowboards, kayaks, and the occasional 16-foot 2-by-4's, let me know. By the way, I've had as many as 5 bikes on the roof....I just don't keep all the rails up there.

either way, the rack is more for utilitarian purposes, which is why I put it back on. I'm not trying to win any "import-tuner" shows......

I took a few, but nothing special.....if you want to know what my car looks like without the rack, just look at Lumbees, imagine it's black, and imagine it has the black SE tails....then you'll get the general idea.

basically, with the rack off, it looks like every other maxima except with different wheels.

hah forgot about those....I take the rack off for auto-x, and switch off the 18's to my G35C 17's with track rubber on them....so the car looks a little different....
