indeed it is! i am going to fix that before i take it in for a paint job.

fun story. i had the car for about 10 days. when i parked, the parking block in my spot apparently had part of the rebar sticking up. when i parked, i didnt get that close to the parking block, so i thought. went i went out the next morning to go to work, i started backing out and heard this popping sound! got out and there was my bumper hanging half on the car and half on the rebar.

so i fixed it the best i could and left it alone.......the stupid rebar was sticking out about 2-3 inches from the parking block. needless to say, i never parked in that spot again.

heres mines i just the front lip in -=)

 

no more numbers on the shift plate and molded the front piece for later placement of switches and gauges (no more drawer, hazard button in center console, cigg lighter in glove box)

 

Looks like you need a wetsand on that painted stuff pretty bad.

 

yeah, I do. I had a show this weekend so I just needed it finished. There are going to be two guages and 4 flat toggle switches in it. It will be a lot smoother when I'm finished with it. That was just so I didn't have a big hole with a bunch of wire hanging out everywhere.

 

My Friend took this amazing pic of his 2000 5-spd GXE. He's got 17' rims and 20% tint, really a nice looking car with classy mods.
