Was wondering if anyone in the SoCal area had their fuel cut fixed for 5sp manual and at which dealer. I called two local Nissan dealers, but they haven't heard of the TSB yet. Would like to take my car to a place that's already servicing this TSB. Welcome any comments....thxs.

My dealer never heard of it, I gave them a copy of the TSB and they fixed my car

It's been a long time since I've visited a Nissan service dept., but I think Nissan of Garden Grove (formerly Quality Nissan) is pretty good. We used to have our 86 Maxima serviced there and they seemed pretty honest. I've always liked their parts dept, they're very helpful and the prices are much less than other local dealers. I'm on their mailing list and a recent mailer advertised "Do we owe you free repairs" referring to recalls, etc. So I think they like warranty work.

Talk to Henry in Service at Performance Nissan. Performance is located in Duarte near the junction of the 210 and 605. Their number is 626-305-3000.
