Help: Need to replace motor mounts

Well, I had my car up on the lift recently and noticed my 2K2 Maxima had a pretty beat up rear lower motor mount. The rubber was shot and the bolt was clearly out of position relative to the rest of the mount (i.e. the mount had slid sidways off the bolt). Also the engine position was off and causing the secondary catalytic converter to rub against the structural I-Beam under the engine. I'd like to replace the crappy Nissan parts with something better, perhaps polyeurothane, but I'm not sure what my options are. Any help would be appreciated. Also, I've got a 6-speed so there are no electronic mounts on this car.

Andrew
