02 altima same engine as 02 max?

02 altima same engine as 02 max?
just as the title says will an CAI off on 02-03 altima 3.5 fit the max with the 3.5 engine looks the same but is it?

Actually I've heard that the Altima 3.5 produces 10hp less than the Max's 3.5.

As per the original question, Yes, it is the same engine for 02-03 Maximas/Altimas(Nissan would most likely not admit to it) But the chassis is different, so odds are it wont fit.
