A great read! You gotta know that most of those guys were cringing when they saw the entry point of the thread.

Thanks for the post Greek. I needed a good laugh today.

Cheers!

Why, thanks, Doc. Got the shots yesterday from a slalom competition I ran with Fastcat (our resident XJR lurker and buddy of mine) and his Jaguar club up in Springfield, MA. What a blast! I've asked him if I can extend the invitation (next meet in September) to other Maxima owners and he said it shouldn't be a problem.

One of the guys running had his brother show up in his brand spankin' new CL-S and I tried to convince him to run but he wouldn't with only 1300 miles on it. Now THAT would have been something to talk about up here. But he was cool and complimented me on my Max saying it was a wicked nice car, et. al. Hopefully I showed him a little something. Too bad I didn't have my RSB (gee, thanks $tealin!).

All in all, a great time and great experience.

King Pow raced!!! and here is what he had to say!

Well we raced!!!
Author: King Pow (---.ym1.on.wave.home.com)

Well we just raced. It was raining, so we were rolling. We slid everywhere, but by the time I finished 2nd gear, he was 4 car lengths in front of me. Damn, those cars are quick. Oh well, at least I race.
Real surprise to all of us huh??

Well at least he was man enough to race and admit he got beaten bad!
