id suggest doing a search for this, its pretty much a dead subject now. basically a chip doesn't do anything for our maxima's and in certain cases people have lost power when they put them in. Jet chips specifically i've heard several bad stories about, not just with maxima's. I'm sure you can google several discussions on what i've just summed up.

Do you mean does it work? Most people will probably say no and go with a TS ECU rather than a "chip" upgrade if that is what you are looking for.

I Have One 2002 Max And Yes It Does Work.you Must Tell Them What You Have Done To Your Car Intake Exhaust And So On And They Set It According Those Setting.

 

are u talking about the Jet chip or TS ECU??

I am not calling BS Juniper, but I would like to see some proof of this Jet Chip producing more power...Ok I am calling BS!!! Sorry guys, but I do not believe it and won't until I see proof.

 

it wont do a dam thing...every few months we have silly people who come on here and fight and fight that it did something to their car..and NEVER have proof. they dont realize that we arent stupid enough to believe it like their local group of ricers

 

on my 97 sho i used sct'programing and it was the best 350 ive ever spent on a car... firmer trans pessure/shifts hard no rev limiter timing advance, plus a whole lot of drivability issues are fixed ie tourqe conv locks up right away, secondaries only open at wot, and come in earlier..

 

And this is relevant to a Jet Chip on a Maxima how?
