Need Help! Transmission

Well my tranny has been acting real weird ever since I reset the ECU. I have had a check engine light ever since the guy who worked on the transmission last rebuilt it. Everything was running good so i really didnt care to take it in. Now when i start the car the o/d off light flashes for about 20 secs then goes off. ???????? I dont know what to do??? The transmission acts like it is slipping but how can it go from workin perfect before the ecu reset to all of a sudden slipping. Please help me!!!!!
