Does anyone still have the window sticker from their 2k3 automatic with titanium edition? I need a scan of it please. I lost it and a dealer is trying to tell me it only added like $200 to the price. Don't have a scan of it, but I just pulled out my window sticker. Titanium Edition Package included Bose 6 CD, RDS, Front Seat Side Airbags, Bright Wheel Finish, Floor mats, Stainless Steel sill plates, titanium accent stitching, compass in mirror.
Price: $999.00

The dealership is lying to you..big surprise

thanks, that will help, if anyone has the actual sticker they can scan, that would be even better, even if you leave off your vin and stuff. I want to take a xerox of it to them and put it under their noses, even if I have to find someone to fax me part of theirs. It will be worth it to me.

Both myself (with the SE-R parts and yes I have the little dealer page with those extras added on but not the original sticker) and my friend albert who also does not have the origional window sticker, but has a 2k3 titanium SE, are thinking about upgrading (trading in). He is definitely getting a new car...I am at least thinking about a 2k5 G35.

there are no "SE-R" parts. its a model (skyline...and now sentra and altima) please tell me you didnt pay extra for a "SE-R" when all you got was an emblem

and the only nismo parts for the maxima are radiator and oil cap. neither are performance and do nothing.

 

the dealer might be saying that it only adds $200 to the trade in value... When you pay $1000 for an option it adds pennies when you trade the car in, They only really add money in a private sale.

They give you $200 for the package then add $700 when they sell it...

 

no, the sticker I want is for the titanium package, he wants to give me nothing for "the door sills" as he calls the titanium package. He says, show me the origional sticker and I might be conviced. Doesn't matter if don't have meridian or leather. The price for the Titanium Package is right there, $999.

 

There are a few other parts they threw on, and yes I did pay a little extra, like $200 for the "SE-R", but the parts they added were about $800, they had sold the other 3 Maxima SE-R's they had on the lot that month, and I still got it $500 less than any of the other local dealers were selling it without the "SE-R" but if you used the search option you would likely find this option and a few conversations about it...I am tired of this same question. If you dot believe me, ask a number of diferent members...Maximax I think it was, Justinmax,...I forget all the ones who either bought one or saw it at some of the dealers here or elsewhere.

 

yes, but we cant play it off as a copy of ours, and then he will just say that it may be a copy of someones, or maybe we just messed with the numbers and then copied it. Make sense?

A. you dont know what the mythical "SE-R" parts actually are
B. you are upset because you got called out for having a poser emblem on your car

 

OK listen:

#1: I was just giving you some good-natured ribbing. If you can't take a little light joking around, you're in the wrong forum.

#2: There is no such thing as a NISSAN FACTORY SE-R MAXIMA. That's fine if your dealer slapped on some badges and some trim accessories. Dealers do it all the time to all kinds of cars...but don't claim it is an ACTUAL SE-R. The Sentra and Altima SE-Rs have quite a bit of FACTORY modifications. I have a frankencar exhaust and intake. That doesn't mean I have a "Frankencar Maxima"....

#3: You just sent me on PM a list of the SE-R "package" that the dealer put on:

You could shut everybody here (including me) up if you simply posted some photos of all this stuff. I would like to see what the SE-R floor mats, intake, and other stuff looks like. Seriously.

#4: I give you a hard time because you STOLE your signature pic from HOUSECOR and then just photoshopped the SE-R logo onto it.

It kills me that some people like to get walked on.

Now you got it, I want a pic of the original sticker that came with our car. and it was not me who did the photoshop original or the update to it.

Well, I want to thank the 5 people who have already tried to help, 1 person e-mailed me a 2k3 GLE sticker...1 sent in sticker with a completely loaded max meridian, etc, 2 more sent in windo stickers without the titanium package, 1 faxed me what is supposed to be the perfect sticker, but either his fax is not working or mine is not, and 1 person e-mailed me the side of the sticker that only shows the parts, not the cost. I thank all who have tried, but I still need a sticker with 2k3 max se with titanium, sunroof, and priced around 28k msrp . Thank you all.

 

I will refax it to you. My fax machine has been acting weird lately.

 

thanks, if you could fax it to both numbers...it just was a blank sheet with some dots last time, and it was only 1 page that came through, not the at least 2 pages that the sticker would be. Thank you again txt
