Nissan complaint center

My dealer discontinued the "lifetime" oil change I bought with the car. I paid $150 in 2000 for it and have used it ~30 times - so I got my money's worth

On the other hand, I figure I might as well write some letters and see if I can get it back! It's a win for Nissan to get me into their dealership for service.

Any suggestions on who to write to? Obviously the dealer, but also some kind of regional or national corporate office? I'm in the Boston area.

Ask the dealer where you can write to or where the regional office is. They should tell you.
