Bumper damage

I was washing my car today and I noticed that my trunk lid is making a scratch on my bumper. Has anyone else noticed this?

How the heck is your trunk lid scratching your bumper? If it's that misaligned, you have other problems....post a pic of what you are talking about...

Do you slam your trunk shut? It doesn't take much of a push to close them. Maybe it's hitting the bumper when you close it. My trunk had a chip in the edge where it would hit the body when I shut it hard.

I have the same problem. Yes there is a TSB out for this. I went to the dealer like 3 years ago for this, but they said my car wasn't one of the affected ones in the TSB. The TSB tells them to put new plastic clips in for the rear bumper. I had the body shop do this for me when they fixed up some scratches I had, but the clips that my car had, were the same ones as the TSB clips, so it didn't help.

But you have an '03... you shouldn't be having this problem.
