exactly. only the painter, and maybe the customer know the name of that color.

a buddy had an integra with a deep green/blue that he called 'candy cayman green'

i can agree with everything but the color..i just think the color looks really nice and stands out a whole lot..i mean where else do you see a bright red maxima? i love it..i mean if i ever do decide to repaint my car it wont be black again...spending so much money on the same color is stupid..im still trying to decide between some sort of red or blue..but this was just an example i liked

Candy Apple red is darker.. I remember seeing a picture of a 6th gen with candy apple paint. It was a LOT darker than that.
