Neon? Most people mod their cars to make a statement. Let's see here. Yours is probably something like this: "I got my neon kit so I can pick up 15-16 year old girls (and occaisional guys). Even if u do like that ricey look, neon lights have long been played out. They were popular when the first fast and the furious movie came out now they just lame .Also relize they are alot of headaches because they crack very easy. If u get them kiss car washes goodbye lol!
