Back to ya question, I think it looks tight. As a more agressive look to the maxima.

 

It's an Apex intercooler (I think) which was taken off Turbo95Max's car. You won't need it unless have a turbo or SC (high boost). I'm not sure about the price.

Does it make me look faster?

From that view, with the lights on and everything, you can see the intercooler really good. Just adds diffrent look. (I notice the little things.)

From that picture, I think the intercooler is photoshopped. If you look at the edges of the cooler and those pipes that attach it to the car, they don't look natural. Atleast that's my interpretation of it. For all I know, you could be running boost. Maybe Turbo95Max setup a custom turbo for you.
