Cattman Coilovers?

Does anyone have the Cattman coilovers?

Ever since I put them in theres a Creeking sound when I turn the wheel to the Right .. its comming from the Passenger side. I cant figure out what to do.. I feel like WD-40 the whole stupid suspension.

My parents just Came to visit from England and Dads Bishing about how its making noise.. gee im still getting bish at age 28... the noise is getting annoying now...

Anyone have some suggestion ? Thanks in advance.

Check:

Bearings
CV Boot/Joint
Axle rod

Make sure that the axle rod is tight. You can check this by lifting the car and seeing if the front wheels will move around if you push on them in and out.

^^ above Ive already just replace the whole suspension.. the noise seems more from the coilovers itself...im thinking the pillow mount needs a rubber thingy

Well you said it makes a noise when you turn to the right and that's a symptom of what happens when the aforementioned three issues are screwy. Coilovers don't replace CV Boots or Axle rods or even bearings (as far as I know)...so again, I suggest you have those three checked out.

I had that same creaking noise too.

Normal

What set of coilovers do you know of that DONT creak? I have the Cattman Gen 2 coilovers and they creak & ping like crazy.... I heard that his lastest version of coilovers were supposed to be alot quieter but.... for the most part with any brand of coilover.... they are noisy dude.... get used to it.

I would try something other than WD-40, its really best used as a de-greaser, to break loose bolts and cleaner.... thats why you are not supposed to use it on things like bike chains.

I would use actual grease, take them appart, grease the hell out of them and put it back tegeather.
