I got my custom exhaust finished today.
Here is the full detail.
3 inch Y pipe.
Then tommorow the test pipe is going on there where the cat is.
Then the 3 inch custom b pipe.
all welded onto the stock exhaust!
It doesn't sound too loud.
And my car feels like 1000% quicker

Most shops do not have a mandrel bender. They buy mandrels pre-bent (they look like horseshoes). Then they cut them and weld them into place. That's how my exhaust was made.
The mandrel bending process maintains a constant inside diameter even through pipe bends. Flow area remains consistent, increasing flow more than 35% compared to stock, crush bent pipes.
Kev's comment is correct. 2.5" diameter piping may be too large for proper scavenging of a NA engine, let alone 3". If I had it to do all over again, I may have opted for 2.25" piping. But 2.5" piping is what I've got and I'm sticking with it.

BTW
This gives you a hint of how loud my car is.
I will get a mpeg of it once sx7r gets here.
I went to the parking garage by my house.
And i just cruised.
Well i decided to stomp on it.
There were 3 lexus parked in a row.
All three of their alarms went off.
I'm totally satisfied
