I dunno. It seems the Stillen intake kit fits 4th and 5th gen, but the stock boxes cannot be switched.

are you asking .. Because you just answered your own question.
But why would you want to?

The stillen intake doesn't fit, the MAF has a different bolt pattern.

I still want to know though, Stillen has a manual where you can mod the MAF on a 5th gen and fit the 4th gen Stillen intake on it. But I don't know about fitting a 5th gen VQ30 air box on a 4th gen VQ30. The battery seems to be tilted a bit on a 4th gen and the battery in a 5th gen seems to be parallel with the front bumper.

I really need some help!

Why would you want to put the stock airbox from a DEK to a DE?

The Stillen w/ the venturi stack doesn't fit, I've tried, I know .. the MAF pattern is different. So you must match the Venturi stack, and if you did so, then that's the difference between a 4 and 5g Stillen, because the filter itself is the same.

It would be the same with the airbox, the MAF pattern would not match up therefore no, it would not fit.
