First road kill.
This BMW 318 pulls up to me.
This kid looks like he's 12.
I guess daddy let him borrow the car tonight. Or he stole it

Well he pulls up and rev's this stock machine.
I rev him and he looks like he doesn't want to race.
I know the intersection has a huge bumb that if i peel out over it i will scrape my car.
So he peels out and scrapes his car and i slowly go over it.
Then I go.
After i passed him he couldn't catch me. He pulls up in the parking lot where i was returning a video at blockbusters.
He says your maxima is fast and gives me props.
I said thanx and go about my business.
On my way out I see this compact car with some blue lights.
I look. Its an old school metro. There is this dude in his 20's. He starts gunning it.
So i just catch up to him til I'm dead even. He stomps and it some more but the car goes no where.
I easily walk him.
He pulls up at that intersection and he looks embarrassed.
I guess he knows that his car is slow
Anyways I'm goin to bed

Great!!! Now all we need is all the people from the metro forums coming over here telling us how their cars are superi.... damn, got carried away.
One thing not readily apprent from your post.. racing the metro, were you in your Maxima, or still on foot??
I'm confused.. :-)

One of the best features were the bicycle pedals that dropped down from under the dash when you needed more power.

hehehe.......thats pretty funny with the metro..... I saw this Festiva with a Type-R sticker a few weeks ago.....man, that was hilarious.
I also got in a race with a '94 or '95 Lude yesterday....it was some punk teenager hunched all over the steering wheel....looked like he was 15....laid the smack down on him on the highway
