Spoiler

Anybody bought a stock spoiler from ebay?
I have a GLE and mine didn't come with one.
On ebay I see painted ones for like $200, should I go that route? Does the paint match up well?
I want to get rid of that 3rd brake light so I can finally put a nice tint on the rear window w/o any holes.
Please let me know.

My GF is also looking for a spoiler for her 2k GLE. I think ebay is the only way unless we can some how convince SE owners to take theirs out and give it to us.

I have a stock spoiler I've been trying to get rid of. The only thing wrong with it is that it's missing the third LED brake light. I have genuine Nissan mounting instructions and the torsion bars also. Hit me me up if you're interested.

The reason that I'm asking is that ebay has spoilers already painted so all you have to do is install it and doesn't come out too expensive.
If painted ones suck, then its not worth it, cuz it will run to a nice penny.

Also, if anyone has a lip spoiler or any other non stock spoiler, please post a pic.

I purchased 2 from spoilerdepot.com on ebay. 1 for a Acura TL and 1 for a Accord and they both match perfect and I'm a severe pain in the *** when it comes to that stuff. Local shops wanted too much to do it to a spoiler I brought to them. Good luck! Also the third brake light on both still works fine and they are both going on 1 year old. I mention this because the cheap aftermarkets are famous for going out.

Did it come with all needed stuff for install?

Also, what do I do to eliminate 3rd brake light? I don't want to just have it there with no use. Is there something at nissan that I can buy to cover up the hole if I remove 3rd brake light?

Spoiler

I bought a spoiler for my white 2k GXE off ebay. The paint doesnt match up exactly, but thats expected with fading and everything else. But i think it looks good. I dont remember what i got it for, but it was close to $200 painted.

I also have a 2000 GLE. I have also been looking on ebay for a painted spoiler, and the spoiler depot was the one that I was interested in. Good price and it sounds like a quality product, so I think I might be ordering one in the next few weeks. let me know if anyone gets one to know how it goes.
