Umnitza Angel Eyes work on 2000 Max?

I absolutely love the way those angel eyes look. But I saw on Umnitza's website that they only offer them for 02-03's. I must admit, Im new to the maxima world. Will they work on my 2000? And what do I need in addition to install them? thx

2000 maxima headlight:

2002 maxima headlight:

that should answer your question....if it doesn't .....

if you have the money (and you don't live in a high theft area), a lot of people upgrade to the 5.5 gen headlights, but they're a pretty penny...

They will not work on 2000 Max due to the difference in headlight design. They are basically rings that go around the headlights, 00-01 headlights aren't designed this way.

edit: ^^^beat me to it.

I follow ya...... Will the 02-03 headlight fit a 2000 and look right? So I could replace my headlight with the 02-03 headlights, then add the angel eyes? Is that possible?

yes sir, but the headlights alone will run you $600+shipping (you can sometimes find a set on the .org, or you can get OEM replicas from ebay) and the DDEs (angel eyes), which will run you either $150 or $200 + shipping (sometimes matt has sales and marks them down to $150)

That is actually $600 PER side if you are talking about brand new, genuine OEM lights. I'd go with the replicas, almost as good, for much less.

the reason that they're so expensive is not the housing itself, it is the HIDs within them...sometimes you can find just the housing on ebay for pretty cheap, but they probably are stolen and you would have to buy AM HIDs anyway.....but yeah, $600 is generally what you would find them for.....
