Brake bleed pattern???

I did a search and came up with mixed answers. I have swap out bad calipers and now I need to flush brake system. My question is the pattern Right-rear, Left-rear, Right-front, Left-front? Also since I have not powered ignition up do I have to bleed ABS and how since there was nothing on ABS bleeding that I could find. If this has been discussed please link thread for me since Google search turned up nada.

I just wasn't sure if Max had a crossover system or not. Just make me feel better to have confirmation. Thanks!

its best to bleed with the car running, it keeps the preassure higher, itll show if u have leaks better, glad i did this, i did it once with the car onn acc, and then agian with the car on, as soon as we built pressure with the car on, i noticed a leak i otherwise wouldnt have noticed.

A good way to remember this is to usually start at the wheel farthest away from the brake master cylinder, which is at the front left of the car between the throttle body and your steering wheel (thats the way I picture it)

hence the rear right, then left
and then the front right, then left
