Need Help w/Gauge Cluster Change

Ok, so i've read the other threads with calibrating your cluster and such and none of it seems to pertain to my issue. Starting a new thread cause I didn't wanna hyjack anyone elses.

So my issue is this: I f----d up my original cluster installing the reverse glo gauges and just recently bought one off Ebay. My problem is that when I plug it all in and turn the ignition on the speed and tach move up to about a 9 o'clock position and the temp & fuel peg to the top. When I start the car the tach is about 2k off and the speedo is at about 20 or so mph. I've tried all the calibration in different sequences with the old and new clusters and can't get it to work right.

Any suggestions??

Ask someone to post what their gauges read when they first start their car up, write those numbers down, pop your needles back off, start the car, then put the needles back on using the aforementioned numbers...and you're done.

Anyone else with ideas? There's gotta be a tech out there that knows if the cluster is crap or not?
