Wiper parts ... wtf...

Wiper parts ... wtf...
all i can find is wiper blades and wiper arms ... what i need is what supports the arms both driver and passenger side... is there a name to it? links? yes ive goggled it...im slow.. so be it. thanks in advance.
ps .. easy to replace?

Those are the wiper pivots. I can get them for you @ $23 each. It looks like you need to remove the plastic cowl grille to access the nuts the hold them. Doesn't look too hard!
