cold in my max

cold in my max
turned on blower setting to 2 to warm up interior and only have blower settings 3 and 4 do these vehicles have a poss blower resistor that goes bad over time? Searched threads (not all of) but am looking for a little help or just a push in the right direction. Thanks

climate control
manual blower settings only operational on 3+4
