I'm thinking of going to test drive it, and maybe lowball the sales guy and see how well that goes.
What do you guys think about it?

That's a lot of miles for 03....
I just picked up an 03 Polished Titanium with all options except NAVI. It has the HLSD package too. I got it for 17K....and it only had just under 15K miles.
Maybe try to get one with like 40K miles....90K is a LOT

One thing that i considered when i got mine is how many miles per year were put on the vehicle... 98K/3 Years... thats 30k a year which is a LOT! But to get that many miles, your going to have to be doing a TON of Highway miles... Plus its a Nissan, they keep going and going... My sister has a 85 with 383K last time i hear with original engine/transmission.

I like my 6-speed too much and decided not to sell it of course. That was a real good deal regardless of the miles I think. You shouldn't be concerned of those miles.....it's of course a Nissan basically in it's breakin period.
Good Luck on your find, and you'd def like all the options that one had.

Since we don't have more pics and description of the condition, I took the mid point. Since the retail states that the dealers are expected to recondition, then you could assume it's in good shape.
Not to mention that it doesn't state HSLD anywhere either.
Judging by these numbers, he'd be screwed if he would have bought it and traded it in.

Retail Value Search Local Listings for This Car $16,375
The Kelley Blue Book Suggested Retail Value is representative of dealers' asking prices and is the starting point for negotiation between a consumer and a dealer. This Suggested Retail Value assumes that the vehicle has been fully reconditioned and has a clean title history . This value also takes into account the dealers' profit, costs for advertising, sales commissions and other costs of doing business. The final sale price will likely be less depending on the vehicle's actual condition, popularity, type of warranty offered and local market conditions.

Consumer Rated Condition: Good
"Good" condition means that the vehicle is free of any major defects. This vehicle has a clean title history , the paint, body and interior have only minor (if any) blemishes, and there are no major mechanical problems. There should be little or no rust on this vehicle. The tires match and have substantial tread wear left. A "good" vehicle will need some reconditioning to be sold at retail. Most consumer owned vehicles fall into this category.
Private Party Value Search Local Listings | List This Car for Sale $11,775
Private Party Value is what a buyer can expect to pay when buying a used car from a private party. The Private Party Value assumes the vehicle is sold "As Is" and carries no warranty (other than the continuing factory warranty). The final sale price may vary depending on the vehicle's actual condition and local market conditions. This value may also be used to derive Fair Market Value for insurance and vehicle donation purposes.

Trade-In Value List Your Car For Sale Online $8,480
Trade-in Value is what consumers can expect to receive from a dealer for a trade-in vehicle assuming an accurate appraisal of condition. This value will likely be less than the Private Party Value because the reselling dealer incurs the cost of safety inspections, reconditioning and other costs of doing business.

and off that decided too many miles.no worries, i was just letting you know i came up with different numbers with the information i put in. i really still don't think 100k is high for a nissan, for a 2003 yes, it's definately high. for something as reliable, it's really not. then again this is coming from a guy that drives this much, so if you drive 10 - 20k a year, i can see how that would be different.
got my 03 TE polished titanuim 6speed. loaded with everything cep navi for about 17,000 with about 40,000. Keep looking. I just searched autotrader and there are not many 6speed out there right now for some reason. When i was looking i had lots to chose from
