the one that calls to replace the TCM and solenoid.. i tried my best to find it but none of the links work anymore. preferably the .pdf form.

Checked aldata and there doesn't appear to be one of that description for 02-03. this is what I found

tsb#04-107 Electrical-engine no crank/no start below 0 degrees f.
