Auto Tranny Problems with 59,500 miles on the car PLEASE help
Hey I have heard lots of talk of the auto tranny slipping on the 1-2 shift and I believe my car is starting to do that. The RPMS jump up and the car doesnt really down shift and take off like it used to there seems to be a slipping in the tranny so now the car accelerates much slower. Also when it shifts it shifts hard sometimes with no warning at all.
I am the second owner of this car I think my 60k warranty on drivetrain still covers the tranny. When I bring it in what should I say to get them to replace as much of the tranny as possible and really get the thing back to the way it was when I bought it.

BTW can I take my I35 to a Nissan dealership? I know the service manager at a local nissan dealership so I think that may help.
ummm go to the dealers and watch them?? plus the work they do is also warranted, so if they fix it and it breaks down agian, theyll fix it at no cost.
im not sure about the infiniti to nissan, but you can try,if not take it to infiniti dealer. that should answer ALL your questions.
