Kind of need some help?!?!

Well I joined a while back and then forgot about the site, so now i'm officially here! I got a friend that has a '94 chipped and its alittle faster than it was stock, so for my 2000 I want to start with: A Haynes Xtreme Manual, Some sort of a computer upgrade, CAI, Full exhaust.

Well I need some help with A) Which mods come first (ex: pressure regulater or intake), B) Which mods call for another with them (ex: VB with Transmition Cooler).

So If anyone can refer me to any sites of where I can purchase these mods, and where I can find LOTS of information on the Maxima I would appreciate it!

I'm going give the Max new rear calipers, new power steering rack...

I been toying with the idea of selling it for last few weeks. No matter how much $$$ I put into the suspension, it will still handle nothing like I want it to.

Get the H&R, I went with the EBAY ones that bolt to the existing lugs and I had to trim the existing lugs to make it flush mount.

New rims and rubber... maybe some headers if I can stash enough cash in the car fund. My spare change boot is kind of low right now.

Still need help!

I got what you guys said about the stickies, but is there a book on modding the maxima?

Also What should I do first?

You need to think about what you want to accomplish with the car and do the appropriate research.

Do you want to make the car faster? Handle better? Look better? Better A/V? All of the above? What? How much are you looking to spend?

Once you've answered the questions above, look through the Stickies in this forum and even in the other forums to get some mod ideas and then post any specific questions you have about the specific mods you're interested in. It doesn't do you any good to ask for advice if you haven't first thought about these things in the context of your tastes, preferences, and budget.

Got the system already

Maxima's are expensive with payments, insurance, and gas lol

But these mods are definite:

Tints
HID Fogs
Illumina Struts With Progress Or S-Tech Springs
Maybe Angel Eyes If I Feel Like It

just remember to plan first, dont' make any drastic decisions based on one persons views. If you have a question.......search, I would almost gaurantee there is a few topics about it....if not, then ask or reply to the thread that is already started. I started with tint, system (which I had most of it), did the Ghetto Air Box, then I recently did the AE headlight mod. Alot of these mods you can do yourself and they are pretty much free, just time consuming, but well worth it. Check out the how to's and you'll see what I mean. Also, before you drop your car, you better check out http://www.innerbean.com/housecor/how_to.html

alot of good articles on there too. good luck.
