I guess you should set it to their stiffest setting because s-techs are very stiff springs.
What you should really do is test it and see what’s better for yourself. Try slamming you brake pedal when going approx. 5mph. If your car starts bouncing, your currant setting is too soft. If it takes for the suspension too long to reach its original position you currant setting is too stiff, but I highly doubt that you can overdump your suspension, considering that you got s-tech.

I believe the only shocks that you have to take off you car to adjust are Konis.

Depends on the type of ride you want. I have 3f/4r, and started driving around the first week with 3f/3r and went from there. You have to adjust to the road conditions in your area and how you prefer the car to feel

I have 2 all around with Tein H, 225/17/50, still ok. with my 18 before I felt too bumpy for NYC road, so good luck with your Tein S, just personal preference, maybe you like stiff car.
By the way u always can adjust the setting while this is on your car, only the rear are little troublesome, got to take off the panel. wellcome to the world of lowered car. u know later

Install em first and play around with the settings until it rides the way you like it in your road conditions. And yes, you can adjust em anytime after they are installed and do not need to pull em off to readjust.

I have had mine on for about a year with good results, but then again I live in South Florida, where the roads are real nice. I have them set to 3F/4R with S-techs and 245/40-18 rubber.
