Can someone confirm this.....

when I'm rolling at around 3 mph I hear my brakes squeek and after driving on the highway for a few miles and come to a stop..I smell something burning. Is this what you call "frozen calipers"?

Will that make my car feel a little sluggish?

Yup, sure seems as if that is the case. Confirm which one it is.. (i.e hottest rotor)

I posted a thread a while ago about having a burning smell after I drive on the highway. My mechanic said it was fine so I paid no attention to the smell. Now I am starting to hear squeeks coming from the the brakes. So I definitely think it is frozen callipers. Its probably in its early stages because my car still rolls when I put it into drive.

One of my rear calipers was seized. Was caused by a hold in one of the caliper pin slide boots. Water got into the boot and seized up the pin and caused it to not slide back when I took the foot off the brakes.

I noticed it from the slight noise when the window was down. Then I noticed that particular rim was much warmer than the other side.

Finally, I noticed it was harder to turn than the other side when I jacked up the wheel.

Replaced the pads and pin boot and all is well.
