New Brake Pads
New Brake Pads
I just replaced the original brake pads on a 2k SE after 67,000 miles. The original pads were only half way worn down. I do mostly highway driving.
I used Bendix pads with titanium stripe. I noticed that these pads cause excessive dust to accumulate on the wheels. I think that I will only use OE pads in the future or maybe try ceramic.

I have some standard Duralast brake pads sitting at home...they are for the rear of my 2k2...the fronts I'm running brembo blanks and axxis ULT...dusts like a **** and squeals too....stopping power is great though
I just hope these duralasts don't squeal when I put them on in a few weeks....my front axxis pads already squeal and I don't want surround sound squeal! :lolbow:
