SES light: OBDII code p1336

I know that the code means Crankshaft Position Sensor (CKPS) (Nissan, Infiniti) but my car seems to be riding fine. It happened when it was icy in Dallas (about 3 weeks ago) and my car was peeling out on the ice. I was only going 5 miles an hour trying to accelerate. The autozone people said it was an ignition problem and that i should replce my spark plugs b/c I am at 95k miles and i havent done it yet. I think i am going to go ahead and change my spark plugs for maintenance but does anybody else having any suggestions. I didnt think 2001 maximas were suppose to have CPS problems.

not sure about the CPS, but I would just change the plugs and have them clear the code, wait and see if it reappears and go from there.
