Taking Car Back to Dealer...please help

i know there are a million threads about making noises etc..i have searched and read about many different possible things but i want to fix whatever they are now hopefully for good...anyway im thinking about taking the car to the dealer and removing my berk intake and putting the stock intake back on so they dont give me any trouble...but before i take it in i just want to try to get some last minute opinions...

here are the 2 noises that the car makes..ill try to describe them the best i can...from around 1700 - 2400 rpms it almost sounds like a chattering noise. what seems like it might be the problem is that the heat shield is hitting against something...after all the threads i read i cant seem to find any other possibilties..can you guys think of anything else it might be?

and the other noise is just a really obvious rattle...it happens when i rev the car up in park or neutral from when the rpms drop from around 4000 back down to 3000 or just a little under 3 like maybe 2800...what i read about this is that it could be the timing chain or the tensioner...also i have seen reference to changing the oil and the filter...i use mobil 1 oil and a mobil 1 filter and change it every 4000-5000 miles...i always run 93 octane in the car so i dont think oil changes would be the cause...i am due for a tune up ( well past due by about 7000 miles ) could any basic routine matinence be the cause?

please help me out guys/girls as i want to make sure i know what im talking about when i walk into the dealer to try to get these problems fixed...the bumper to bumper warranty is over so hopefully it would be covered under the powertrain...let me know what you all think..

thanks

Look at your Berk, mine is not secured to anything. The only thing holding the whole assembly is the silicone coupler to the TB. Check that, rev the motor from under the hood. Mine moves around, but it's not hitting anything.
