In Your Opinion...How Will These Rims Look? Good? Bad? Ugly?

This is my first choice for rims for my 01 SE, I'm 99% sure I'm going to order them this weekend.

Katana KR7 - Hyperblack 18 X 7.5

How do you guys think the combination will look?

universal lugs look IMO.

The rim design is "ok"....not great, but not terrible. The most pertinent question is: HOW MUCH DO THEY WEIGH? If heavier than stock, they're a waste of money.

You kitted out your car, throwing on some blingy rims...yet you haven't dropped it. The single most important aesthetic mod for a Maxima and you've totally neglected it.

Edit: Oh right, you're the dude who's getting Maxspeeds. HURRY UP!

The rims are good, but they wont be thick enough.....like you got a body kit and all... IMO i think the rim should line up with the outer body so the car doesnt look ugly if you know what i'm saying?

I agree completely. I was looking for a staggered fitment rim with something like 8.5-9.0 inches in the rear but the choices here in Canada arent that good.

MaxSpeeds are on their way. to answer your question its enough wheel gap to fit a civic inside of.

Universal lug rims in a tuner style are just plain UUUUUgly! If you want tuner style rims, at least buy them with the proper lug pattern to fit your vehicle. I just have a hard time spending serious coin on a set of rims that were drilled to fit 300 different vehicles.

Since you've asked for our HONEST OPINION........ those rims are pretty ugly. But then again, you got so many things on your car that clashes against my taste anyway..(hood, kit, ebay projectors). I'm sure our opinions doesn't really matter to you because after all, you should do whatever you like/want.

Those actually aint a bad choice (wow im not dissing you for "nothing") i like katana rims for the most part. although you might wanna go thicker to fit the theme of your car.

Actually I was looking at a staggered fitment package with 9.0 in the rear, then I saw the tire price (for the 265s) and almost threw up. The only two things I'm kind of leary about is the fact that the katanas are only 7.5in wide and the Sarona rear bumper makes the car AT LEAST 1.0in wider in the rear and also the universal lug pattern on the rims.

its the damn roads here in Toronto mekka, I swear there are more potholes than road. I was thinking of 235/40s. I wanted 35s but scrapped that idea quickly when I considered the quick destruction of my rims.

those arent bad. they look like the konig prophets. I think 18's will look small though if youre only gonna be lowered on maxpeeds, especially with the body kit.

They're not that bad, IMO but I would go with an 8 or 8.5 width, unless the offset is 30 or less.
