Question about SES and CAI

I put the Injen CAI in last tuseday and the ses light came on, which i expected but as of today it is still on. My question is how long is it usually on with this mod?? I tried searching for this but wasn't able to find anything about it so any help would be appreciated.

the SES shouldnt come on, have you noticed any loss of power? its possible that you messed up the MAF when it was out, also, did you connect the hose on the intake? i believe its PCV, but not sure, anyway it came off the old intake and goes on the new one, will probly throw a code if not there. otherwise i guess something else went wrong when you put such a huge increase in power on that engine.

I replaced the pcv with supplied one from the kit. the first few days it seemed to jump a little more when i hit the gas, but now it seems a little weeker, could be just me being sensitive. After i get out of work tomorrow i'm going to autozone to get it scanned so i can get a code and figure out the problem. Thanks for the help.
