Can somebody help me ... need to install a o2 sensor

Hey whats up guys..

I recently got a check engine light, and went to autozone and pulled the code ...P0140.. so i ordered the part from dave b and decided to install it myself. But i realized i have no idea how to install the damn thing . so i need some instructions also i need to know which sensor is which so i dont uninstall the wromng sensor.. Any and all help will be appreciated ..

its not hard at all, i did it on my car like this winter break,
it will be hard to explain, iam sure that some guys on here besides me will be able to explain it to u....
but dont worry at all, its piece of cake, iam only 17, and i was scared to do it, but than when i started working on it, it just went really easy....
its pretty easy..

thanks for the confidence booster .. I think i can handle it but i really need to know is which sensor it is with my code.. which code poped up for yours and which sensor did you replace?
