So i had to buy a new battery today. Course, the stock tie down just doesnt go back on the new ones the same way, and it kinda bent. Anyway, what have you all used? For some reason I cant seem to find a big list of any online to look at. Does Nismo make one?

 

Did they sell you the right model battery?
It shold fit, if you bent the bracket just take a hammer to it to bend it back.

 

yeah, its the right onw, just a little smaller than the OEM. Theres that little lip on the front (just behind the headlight) on the OEM tiedown that doesnt quite match up. Anyway, I wanted an excuse for a new one...

Stillen sux. Id really rather aviod their name on my car. AEM looks ricey with the neon pastels. They look like freakin Easter M&M's! I was hoping there was a JDM or Nismo one out there somewhere...

I have the one from Stillen (my stock one got all nasty, otherwise I'd never have spent $ on a battery tie-down).

SportCompactOnly has a couple billet battery tie-downs as well.

 

I'm sure jcwhitney.com has one,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,or just go down to autozone, or pepboys they should have them.
