Hey guys,

I'm probably going to try to figure this out when I'm home in a few weeks for break, but I'm being lazy now and wanted to see if anybody had any ideas.

Do you know of the feature on newer GMs and Chrylsers (definitely Jeep at least) where when you unlock the doors with the remote, the headlights turn on to illuminate the area around the car? This might not be as simple as some of the other lighting mods, but I was hoping I could make the Max work this way. Anybody have any ideas/insight about how to make it work?

Haha, yeah, I was thinking about doing the remote start, but it's expensive and I don't really need it at this point. I was hoping there would be a cheaper way to do the headlight thing.

Maybe I could run a wire from the ignition key light to the headlights? I think the ignition light only turns on when first getting in and out of the car, but I'll have to check.

I've never seen those before, but I don't really like the sound of them. Thanks for the suggestion though.
