I had a 6-disc in dash as well... but it didnt work, period. I had to buy an aftermarket player. Oh well. Btwn that, my Ipod and my XM - I'll live.

 

Anyone has this situation - when I brake heavily my left-side speker volume dips about half, then returns to normal in about 5 secs.
I have a 6speed 2003 se w/blose stereo system.....

 

I'm getting ERROR F3 on my CD player... what's up with that? Anyone ever had that problem?

 

when i got my maxima, i burned some music to test out the Bose system. (and by music, of course i mean me singing!) i was kinda in a hurry, so i used max speed. when i played the CD, it skipped like a rainbow fairy . my conclusion at that time was I need to slow down the burning process, which i did. i burned another CD at 2x (took me like a week), and stuck that damn thing in the Bose. Half way through the song, BAM! It skipped on me, but just not as often as 52x (skipped every other word). THANK GOD they have a cassette slot and i play all my music through my Zen. (again, by music I mean me singing )

 

And the Bose 6 cd changer is as well. Aftermarket mp3 HU FTW!

 

IPod + cassette adaptor = problem solved.

With a loud exhaust, you can't hear the light hissing anyway ;-)
